05:05 pm - For Ryan and Andy Goulash recipe! I should say upfront that even though this is what my mother makes, she always likes other people's goulash much better. ~ Cook 1 pound elbow macaroni At same time, brown 1 & 1/2 pounds ground beef with diced green peppers and onions (as many as you'd like of both). Drain beef after browned. Peppers and onions will bake more in the oven. Add to the beef: salt and pepper, 2 8oz cans of tomato soup, 3 8oz cans of tomato sauce, and a dash of worcestershire or tabasco. Mix with macaroni and place in a 4-5 quart casserole. Cook uncovered for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. ~ So it's not very fancy, but I've always loved it! :) Current Mood: blank

11:44 am - Finally I've been obsessing over my Top 100 Favorite Songs list for months now... I needed to just put the new list up and be done with it, so I'm here to say that it's finally updated on my webpage! I'm annoyed, though, about how my new table format looks. As with most new things I try to do, it looks fine in my old school webpage program but not quite right in Explorer. I'm not going to stress too much about it right now, though, because the table just hangs off a little on the right... though I guess that may be a bigger problem for people with lower resolutions than mine. 09:48 am - Help!! All of my text here is suddenly justified to the right!! Am I the only one with this problem?! Should I just wait longer to see if it goes back to normal or is there something I should try doing??? UPDATE! Phew, I guess I'm not the only one. I found this at http://www.livejournal.com/support/ Journals using the Punquin Elegant and Tabular Indent S2 layouts have their text aligned to the right when viewed using Opera or Internet Explorer. This has been reported to developers for investigation. It was a huge problem yesterday when I finally fully caught up and had to go to each person's individual journal to see if I'd missed anything between December 18th and 20th (just for the record, I had of course heavily skimmed everything since that date, just not read everything completely). 09:22 am - laneymunoz.com Last Christmas CJ's gift to me was a real webpage of my very own, and I waited to tell everyone about it until I actually moved all my pages there... well, that finally officially happened last night! :-P For now, the major changes since the last update are older pictures of me, CJ, my brother, and my family, as well as many layout differences (some new backgrounds and colors). There are still a few kinks that I need to work out later, but I think it's good for now. The biggest problem with the webpage is that I have hardly any photos up from 2005-now, so my next step will be to finally scan wedding photos and put those up. Then I'll do photos since then. And after all that, I'll work on the friend texts which now only say "journal excerpts coming soon". As far as what I like to eat at home, I love Newman's Own Marinara, as well as Classico's Garden Vegetable Primavera (a marinara sauce with veggies mixed in)... although I haven't been able to find the Classico sauce anywhere around here lately. :-( 2. What's your favorite ingredient to put in a sammich? Cold chicken 3. What's your favorite fried food? Hmm... do cheesesticks count? Probably that. 4. What's your favorite midnight snack? Cookies or ice cream 5. What's your favorite type of bread?
